Crypto Scam Report

Hello, I invested a significant amount in cryptocurrency through a person named Patrick Werner Kowatsch, better known as Patrick Kowatsch. He helped me deposit the money into a website called tic.black. Although that website shows my name and the amount invested, its frozen; no buttons work. Theres even a countdown timer to release the cryptocurrency they have. However, Ive seen online that this person is involved with scams, and when I call him, he always makes excuses like theyre about to open the website to the public and Ill be able to withdraw my money. But I think hes lying and hes tricked me. Could you check if theres more information about this person and that website? I dont understand any of this. Thank you very much. I havent reported this situation yet because Im waiting for the supposed second phase in September, which is supposed to open the website to the public. If not, Ill report this situation to the authorities.
